Joel Miggler seems to have lost control of piercing. He lists over 25 "jabs", including two large holes in the cheeks and has had his tongue cut in two. He's officially won the Guinness World Record for having the most "flesh tunnels" in his face!
The 23- year-old German has also many tattoos on his body. This, however, that grabs the eye is - of course - the interventions on his face. Besides earrings in the ears, nose, mouth, eyebrows, cheeks, he has a hole with a diameter of 36 mm on each cheek, which in the future as he claims - hopes to be expanded to 40 mm. The 23 year old claims that although his mouth is "perforated", he can eat normally, by plugging the holes in his cheeks with special plugs. "I eat and drink like normal people," says Miggler who began aesthetic intervening in his body since he was 13 years old.
